We are currently aware of aware of an issue when attempting to register while using an iPhone and the standard Safari browser. Our vendor is working to resolve this issue, but in the meantime:
To be able to use this form while using an iPhone:
Go to Settings > Safari on that IOS device.
Ensure the settings:
– Prevent cross-site tracking is unchecked
– Block all cookies is unchecked.
Or, you may use a desktop browser or non Safari browser.
